The Samuel Bailey Foundation is a charity founded to improve and enhance the lives of economically challenged persons in selected parts of Jamaica through targeted projects and community initiates.
The late Samuel Bailey himself was a champion for the poor and economically oppressed people and communities. It’s through his life’s work and unwavering efforts that we are inspired and energised to continue to build on the foundations he has left after his demise. Some of these foundations are:
Being one of the key founders of the JAMAL Programme in South Manchester. A programme designed to eradicate illiteracy.
Battling for the funding and construction of the World Class Health Centre in Porus.
Bringing water to the residents of South Manchester.
Building Houses and Tanks for people in need.
Bringing Electricity to the surrounding rural areas of Porus.
Providing paved Roads in his constituency where there were none before his administration.
Our philosophy is to establish, improve and or enhance foundations for the continued development and growth of people and communities within Jamaica.
The Samuel Bailey Foudation is managed by Time to Evolve Ltd Reg No. 5673726
